新世界发展与星展香港携手开创香港首笔与联合国可持续发展目标掛鈎的利率掉期交易
新世界发展有限公司（新世界发展）及星展香港（星展银行）已完成香港首笔与联合国可持续发展目标掛鈎的利率掉期交易，在可持续发展的路途上踏出重要一步。是次衍生工具交易旨在为新世界发展从星展银行获得的五年期 10亿港元可持续发展掛鈎贷款提供利率风险对冲
根据这项创新解决方案，倘新世界发展能成功创造至少八个「企业对企业」的合作机会，帮助企业实现《新世界可持续发展愿景 2030》所采纳的联合国可持续发展目标，即可获得星展银行赞助支援社会创新项目。新世界发展的社会创新方案包括 Impact Kommons，一项以推动联合国可持续发展目标为本的初创加速器及业务夥伴计划，而星展银行为计划中的社会效益夥伴。
