新世界发展有限公司（「新世界发展」或「集团」；香港股份代号：00017）宣布与Ares SSG Capital Management Limited（与其他集团企业统称为「Ares SSG」）管理的基金成立合营企业，合作建造、发展、推广和销售一座位处长沙湾永康街的商业综合体（「永康街项目」）。
新世界发展将负责有关项目的建造、物业管理、资产管理，推广及销售的工作。项目预计於2023年年底落成。
